Ridge Energy is a company founded on Belgian soil with the aim of innovation within renewable energy systems. The realization that our current energy production is reaching its maximums and that our energy consumption continues to increase has been around for a while and it is time to offer fictional solutions for this. It is also now clear that the traditional way of energy generation must make way for the renewable way we want to keep our green / blue planet livable for all of us.
Due to the current climate changes that are more and more tangible to all of us, this will be a race against time, but with the right motivation and knowledge this is certainly feasible. Ridge Energy was born from this idea and we want to make a difference in this world of rapidly evolving technology. Developing them is 1 part of the story, but integrating and motivating these technologies within both companies and individuals is another part that certainly deserves attention. As a start-up company, this is precisely where we want to make a difference by looking for the most efficient and affordable solution for each individual customer. Every customer has his expectations and his budget and there are no universal solutions for this, so the necessary time and research must be provided for each customer.
For us, every customer adds value to our beautiful planet and so both time and energy must be taken to find a feasible and efficient solution. We do not provide standard solutions that are already ready, but look for the most suitable one for you. Hence our slogan “Energy Efficiency, Automation With a Purpose”, which refers to a tailor-made solution via automated systems but with the highest energy efficiency in mind.
This can be seen very broadly from specific energy-generating systems such as solar panels with or without batteries with the necessary software to automating your home via domotics, resulting in lower energy consumption. Both have an influence on our energy consumption and thus on the survival of our beautiful planet. This can be done on a private as well as an industrial level, we do not shy away from any challenge.

Technical Adviser
At the moment I am a technical advisor for a company based in West Flanders. I support them in developing technical applications such as setting up a complete production line and in R&D with regard to implementation of technology with an eye to the ecological aspect.

PLC Programmer
I am a support within a company that carries out custom made automation projects within the industry. I am responsible for the programming of the controllers, visualization as well as the start-up of the installation.

In addition, I am also active in the private market where I carry out various electrical installations including home automation and solar panels.
